do not order from these guys. here is what im dealing with.
i order some parts for my mustang on 3/15. i was billed for those parts on 3/15. on 3/22 i get an email saying theres a delay and they will be sent on 3/26 or 3/37 direct from the manufaturer. since then i have emailed the place i ordered from twice and didnt get a response. its now almost 2 months since i ordered.

Weird, I ordered from them in september and they were nothing but helpful. I wonder if they took a turn for the worse...

I ordered cat back exhaust from them last year. They were by far the best price, but by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. My payment was promptly processed and then it is like they disappeared from the face of the earth. Their website lists no phone number and they didn't respond to emails.
I wanted confirmation that my ordered had been processed and a tracking number. After multiple unanswered emails, I started tracking down the business by phone. I made contact with a company of the same name but they were in a completely different business (computers). But, they did tell me that mine was not the first phone call they had received about this parts seller. They couldn't help me with a phone number though.
Sometime after this I did finally receive an email from them. They said they were extremely busy and they get fifty emails a day and it is hard to respond to all of them. Fifty emails! I should be so lucky as to only get that many. That was the last I heard of them until I eventually got a tracking number. Somehow my exhaust got sent to a different state although all the info was correct.
The whole process took over two months. Pro Caveat Imptor! Let the buyer beware! Stay away from these people.

I can't argue the pricing. Nobody else came close. Customer service is a whole other issue. You have to interact with your customers appropriately!

sounds like someone drop shipping from their garage in their spare time. Remember the phrase "Buyer Beware". I won't buy anything, from anyone I cannot reach by phone, or without a address.

well i sent them an eamil again today. i told them i want a refund today of not im gettingt he credit card company involved.

yeah pricing is good. i would have rather paid and extra 80 bucks and have my parts 2 months ago tho. price isnt everything.
