i've never heard of them. but i know alot of places are really screwy this time of year. i work in retail and everything we order is not coming normal times, or even the times the vendors say.

i ordered my tuner about a week ago tomorrow, still don't really know any information on when i'll get it, kinda sucks but i guess its just part of the holiday season.

Yes, I have dealt with them before and won't ever again. I ordered a set of Magnaflow Catbacks. Best price I could find but the service was non-existent. My card got charged right away but I never got any confirmation, no shipping info and no response to emails. I Googled around and tried to find a phone number, I didn't notice at the time that there was none listed on their website. I got a hold of a couple of places that had the same name, but in a different line of business. They had fielded phone calls from people like me trying to make contact.
I finally got an email saying they were far too busy to answer the fifty emails they get a day. (I wish I only got fifty)I eventually (about two weeks later) got a shipping confirmation. Trouble is, they got my address wrong and it was shipped to Minnesota instead of Washington State. All told, it took about a month, many emails, several ill fated phone calls and a lot of frustration before I got my order. That has been a few years ago, doesn't sound like they have improved much.
