Whats it do? and is at as good as a tweecer rt?

Its better than a Tweeker in my opinion, easier to use and makes noticable differences. It takes about a minute to install and a 4 year old could tune a car with this program. The downside is the company went out of business so there is no tech support other than a Speedbrain Yahoo group. But the guys on there are very helpful.
