Speedcal

I have heard a few times about speedcals. I just had some 3.73 gears installed, so is it absolutely neccessary to get a speedcal? Where exactly would I get this done? Ford? About how much?

You can get a speedcal from www.dallasmustang.com . I do agree it's a waste if you plan on getting a chip, but if not, get one ASAP.

If not you'll be putting ghost miles on your ride until you do......

It's a fairly easy install that can be done in a hour or so in your garage.

It takes very few wires and plugs straight in to the trany, I put mine tucked behind the traction control,fog light,and defrost trim by the gear shifter. It's a bout 120 bucks and I got it from dallas mustang also. It is worth it unless, like they say you are getting a chip soon.
