speeding ticket, changed gears, needs to be recalibrated!!!

i think you should try that speedo excuse thing but dont play innocent when your doing over a hundred you know your speeding..you can feel it and i would know by the rpms too and also what would give it away is speeding by cars that seem to be still

We still haven't heard back from mustangluvr - if he switched from 2.73's to 3.73's, then when going 100 mph (clocked by the cops radar or speedometer I suppose), his speedo would've been showing 137 mph! Somethin's fishy with this one.

Definately fu c king around i would say. Ive gotten my fair share of stupid tickets in my day. I used to try every excuse to get out of them. Some times they let you go sometimes they dont. Just plead not guilty and say your speedo was off they might buy it they might not. If you loose your license big deal drive with out on i did.

Yeah...I want to know the what happened.

Hmmmmm... I'm gonna raise the :bs: flag too. This guy is either making this all up, or he should consider himself the luckiest S O B alive, that he didn't get a ticket for as fast as he thought he was going. I agree, his speedo should have been reading 137 mph if he got clocked doing 100 (121 if he previously had 3.08s).

This might be the worst advice that I have ever heard. Driving without a license is bad and is most states it is a misdomeanor. Not having a license also means your insurence company will not cover you so if you get in an accident you have no insurence to cover you liability.

I have had my fair share of tickets also and the one thing I have learned is there is a time and a place for everything and usually it isn't on the street. Speeding is one thing but 100 mph is not safe for the road and should be kept for the tracks.
