Speedo gear for TKO and 3.73 gear?

Which speedo gear am I supposed to use with my Tremec TKO with a 3.73 rear gear? I put in the white 23 tooth gear in there and it was shredded when I took it out after about 500 miles of driving it.

I used the red one - I believe it is a 21 tooth. D&D performance said that these red ones are a lot stronger and accurate. I was using the white one and it was destroyed too.
