Alright I have a 94 GT (5-speed) and I bought 4.10 gears… well I looked up on 50resto.com and I could find any speedometer gears that fit 4.10s for a manual.. the highest it went to was 3.55. then it said that there is a speedometer drive gear (6 or 7 tooth) to go higher than 3.73’s… my question is what combo of gears do I get to recalibrate my speedometer and where do I buy them from if I cant get them from 50resto?… thanks

Two options

Best: Check to see if there is a speedometer shop in your area. If there is, ask about the Stewart-Warner speedometer gearbox. I believe it is either a 777 Series Drive Joint Kits and Parts or 666 Series Drive Joint Kits and Parts. It is a small gear box that fits between the speedo pickup gear on the transmission and the speedometer. It has quick change gears that allow you to choose almost any tire size and rear end gear ratio you want. This will allow you to get the accuracy with within 1%-3%. The drawback is that it isn't cheap.
