Ok so I'm pretty stumped on this issue that I am having with my 98 GT. My speedo, odometer, and trip odometer do not work at all. My trip odometer works but not correctly. It may move 1/10th of a mile for every 30 or so miles. When I was changing out my battery I have discovered that the speedo jumps up to around 15mph. My trip odometer moves accordingly with the speed, but if I reconnect the battery I get nothing everything goes back to not working. My tachometer needle does not rise and fall freely either but it does move. I have replaced the VSS and I do not have access to an OBD-II reader because I am stationed in Germany where that is not available to me. I have also checked and replaced all the fuses that have to do with the cluster etc. Does anyone have any Ideas on what my issue is. I am also looking for a diagram of the cluster wiring as well as the diagram for all of the relays and what not if anyone can help me with that as well. Thanks for everyone's help.
