well the guy who had my car be for I burnt the speedo cable, and i was wondering does anyone know how to take this thinng off and ptui a new one in... please i need help

As written in the Chilton manual(don't laugh because I have one next to me while on Stangnet)
1. Reach up behind the cluster and release the cable by depressing the quick disconnect tab and pulling the cable away.
2. Remove the cable from the casing.

If you have a tranny mounted speed sensor than you need to remove it from the sensor first.
