Speedometer cable clip and bolt?

I'm trying to install a speedo cable but I don't have the clip thing that bolts into the tranny to secure the cable in place.

Anyone know where I can find this clip? And anyone know the size of hte bolt?

yea if its not there you may have to make one... I've seen aluminum brackets, for like storm doors or something at home depot, just peruse the isles. I couldnt tell you the size of the bolt either sorry.
