my speedometer does not work and odometer displays dash marks across it in addition with a service engine light. I already replaced the speed sensor in the transmission, worked fine for 2 weeks but problem reoccured. Can i get some opinions and advice thanx in advance.
my trany did the same thing. its what the sensor looks at on the tranny. i took mine to a local mustang hot rod shop and they already knew. its not the sensor its the (for lack of thech terms) wheight or wheel on the output shaft of the trany. its been 4-5 years so my heads not all toghther. im thinking theirs a cotterpin that broke.
drove mine for a year w/no milage on the speedeo. he he!
