speratic downshift

youll be cruising along at hwy speed then suddenly car will downshift throws codes of solenoids a,b,c,d and tcc thought i had it fixxed found a melted spot on fuse block underhood that controlled low speed cooling fan cut it loose problem dissapeared about a week then returned melted spot on fuse block was next to pcm relay made me hope i fixxed it but didnt.....someone please give me some cluse...thanks
