Spintech's sound quieter than stock at idle and don't really get much louder as the rpm's increase but, at WOT, it gets noticably louder but, not abnoxious like SLP or something similar to it would.

I had ProStreets for a while but, eventually changed them out. I'm glad you like them, though.

Are you sure you didn't have some of their truck/RV mufflers?

Mine are loud at idle and border on obnoxious during acceleration and I have the large cased Sportsmans which are quieter mufflers than the Pro Streets. Thats pretty weird.

I believe the side exhaust kit comes with their Sportsman , which are rich sounding but quieter than the ProStreets.

I guess I'm just used to the plain abnoxious yelp from SLP that everything else seems more timid.

ive had flows 10 series 1 chambers, 40 series original, 50 series and the quiet ass 70 series(on my 96 chevy i miss that damn thing) these spintechs rock ass, loud but a lot less drone. i am sure they are prostreets about half the width of a normal flow but similar size. i had the single chambers on my car for almost 2 years and had alot of drone i loved, but i swear i lost some hearing. these spintechs are slightly quieter outside, lot less drone in. I dont think i could handle the sportsmans they would be entirely too quiet for me. i have to have loud pipes on my v8s. had 2 chambers on my 96 z71, never were loud enough, glasspacks on my 98 1500 gmc, i ****ing love glasspacks sound old school as hell. 2 chambers on my 01 gt with stock h 1 chambers on my 03 wit stock h, 1 chambers with a catted x, entirely too loud and obnoxious but perfect for me and now spintech prostreets i love these mufflers.
