I have used this spray on bed liner for everything but a bedliner - my dad did that but it did not last long at all. I Like it at the bottom of my 1970 mustang standard doors below the door panel - I have also used carpet cut out with welting around the edges glued down there too and I like that better - especially with a little map pouch made in. I have painted the rear fiberglass panels after gluing the cracks and it looks great for years. I have painted the A pillar trim with it and it worked great - I also painted the lower vent covers but my feet keep rubbing it and causing it to fall off. I have fixed a console with glue where it cracked and painted it with the stuff with a light coat for nice texture to cover it - looks good still after a few years. I have blacked out the lower pinch weld area with it - still good for a year. I have taped up an intake tube with header wrap to cut down on heat radiating into the intake tract and sprayed it with this stuff to make it blend in to the surroundings - no problems even in a hot engine compartment for months and months... I gotta say I keep a can around just for little projects I happen to be working on - works great - just not for what it is intended for....
