Spring Tune up

So when it finally warms up, what are the best things to do for a tune up.

Obviously I want to do an oil change, plugs, wires, and general cleaning, but what are some other things you guys do to make it run like a champ again.

It kinda depends upon your maintenance schedule (see the owner's or repair manual for a general idea of service intervals). Swapping perishable fluids is a good idea. Perhaps a cap and rotor, inspect brakes, grease any zerks you can find, etc.
