I've been thinking about getting new springs, and I've been browsing through the offerings - but I'm left a little confused.
I want better handling out of my Mustang - but what exactly about performance springs makes a car handle better?
Is it from lowering the ride height, lowering the center of gravity? Or is it the stiffer response than stock springs that improve handling? Or is it both, or something else I haven't thought of?
The reason I ask is that I've seen "performance" springs advertised that'll lower my Mustang, but the spring stiffness isn't much different than my stock springs, and I've also seen "performance" springs advertised with much stiffer properties than stock that don't mention lowering the ride height at all.
