ok, since I couldnt sell my car I've decided to throw more money in it :D I decided to get H&R ss springs, bilstein shocks/struts, MM c/c plates, deep dish bullitts-18x9 with 265/35/18 on front, and 18x10 with 285/35/18 on back. Does anyone see any problems I might run into? I dont like surprises. Thanks in advance......

man it's like you're inside my mind right now, I'm in the middle of purchasing the exaxt set-up except I got 18" 03 Cobra replicas. i'm also thinking about picking up front control arms but we'll see.

yea, I saw a guy on here with the set-up and decided I just gotta have it. Let me know what all you end up getting and how the install goes and everything.

This is where it all starts.

I have gone through the same 'transformation' during the last two years.

I got the stang used with 10k miles on it, bone stock except bullit rims. During the 1st month I got a Borla cat back and a CAI. Then I decided that I did not like the 4x4 look so I threw on a set of Tokico HP springs, struts & shocks. I should have went with the CC plates at the same time bc the local dealer hosed up my alignment and after a couple of week my tires were shot. I got a set of deep dish bullits 18x9 up front with 265 rubber and 18x10 out back with 295 rubber.

I then went a bit crazy and got a SLP catted X (MEAN MEAN sound). The omph wasn't enough so I added a 9 psi KB. Now the omph was throwing me around like a rag doll so I got a set of Corbeau CR1's. I added the KB gauges during the KB install and they look like crap so I got some autometer lunar series gauges and upgraded the instrument cluster at the same time.

Now I have 417 hp and it feels like a moped. I guess I will have to pull the engine next year and go all forged so I can increase the boost. I might have to start looking into a 2.2KB.... Mod madness is sad.
