if they are stock springs they are gonna raise your car. they are designed for the heavier cars. and if they are lowering springs they will prolly set you right where you are now.
They'll fit. They MAY raise your car by ~1/4". But, putting on new isolators would do the same thing. Ride height is dependent on the Tranny on Your car and the Tranny from the Donor car. If you have an auto with AC and the 02 is a manual, then your ride height will be near stock. There is *no such thing* as a single set of springs for "all GTs". The springs are dependent on the options (often mainly manual vs auto because of the weight difference).
FWIW: If both cars have the same type of tranny, and you keep your isolators, you won't visually notice any height difference.
