OK, so it's not a bear...but it's 47 degrees here, the sun is shining, and me and the 95 just got back from a 30 mile run to welcome the warm sunshine!

Now it's into the garage for new brakes, shocks/struts, rear LCAs, and subframes. Gotta get it ready for the season!

Thanks! It was nice to drive it today, and even better to get started working on it....

right up to the point I realized that the key for my locking lugs was missing.

No way to know for sure, but my guess is that the shop that I had re-balance my wheels last fall right before I put the car into storage forgot to give it back to me...

I went down there and checked, and they didn't have it. I tore the car and the garage apart, and can't find it. So, couldn't even get the wheels off to start all the work I had planned for today. I've got one of those fluted sockets coming in to NAPA tomorrow morning. $60 bucks.:nonono:

Update on Progress

Finally got the locking lugs off. Won't be using those anymore!

Test fit the PBR calipers--good to go! Wanted to make sure they cleared my TTIIs, and they do. :nice:

Installed the struts and shocks. Now just waiting for the mailman to bring my LCAs, subframes, and brake lines. Oh, yeah, and I need to get an order in to Summit to get my brake pads and new rotors.

Going to run down to O'reillys and pick up some caliper paint. Nobody in town has yellow, and I'm not really in the mood to wait, so I'm probably going to go black. Thought about red, and still might, but not sure I want to add another color to the car.

No reason to be in too big of a hurry though--it's snowing again.
