I sprung a leak in the primary fuel line that runs from the pump to the inlet on the fuel filter. My buddies that work at the local ford place can't get the damn things, 50Resto has the exact line, but they say it won't ship until the 4th of Feb. Any other websites where you can get this sort of thing?

Here is a link to the 50resto part

Junkyards usually cut those...at least we do. Not all yards pull tanks though, you might get lucky. By law, we have to have them out.

Right here... Ron Morris Performance: Stock Ford EFI Fuel Fittings & Fuel Line

The fuel line is towards the bottom of the page. It's the nylon fuel line. You'll need to immerse it into boiling water to get it onto the fittings and shape it the same as stock. I did my tank to filter lines with this stuff a couple of years ago. Have patience when you do it.

Let me add something here....

I just looked at the 50resto stuff. If you're willing to use rubber line then make your own for a whole lot less than 50resto wants. Theirs is $50 plus $15 shipping for a total of $65. That's expensive.

Just go to your local auto parts store and get 5 feet of fuel injection hosing and 4 fuel injection clamps. Feul injection clamps are not the same as hose clamps. They're made to hold the rubber hose on under "high" pressure. Remove the nylon hose from the old fittings and reuse the fittings. Double clamp the hose and you're set.

Remember, the "high" pressure of a fuel injection system isn't that high. It's usually on the order of 80 PSI and that isn't squat to hoses and clamps designed for it.

Ended up getting a local hydraulics place to make the line. Cost me all of $20.
