Hi all:
Long story short, I go over speed bumps and get this awful clunky creak squeak when coming down over the hump. This problem was/is not applicable to small bumps in the road but rather the car coming down suddenly over a large speed hump.
I checked/replaced (all recent, but not all due to squeak):
Tie rod ends
Ball joints
Front control arm & bushings (cobra arms)
Sway bar end links (urethane)
Sway bar bushings (urethane)
Steering rack offset bushings (urethane)
Struts
CC plates
Coil springs
Turns out the problem was the sway bar bushings all along..... Although the originals were replaced with urethane ones, the urethane didn't get rid of the sqeaking. WHAT FIXED IT WAS GREASE!!!!! Just try to GREASE your sway bar bushings before trying anything else.
