squeaking coming from front end

is it when youmake turns at low speeds also cause mine did it and it was the rack bushings it went away but know i am starting to get it again :(

It's that damn tube that runs into the K member that the rack slides on to. It's just pressed thru the front of the K and rests against the back side where the bolt slides through. I believe this is rubbing and causing the creaking noise. When I move into my new house shortly and have time to get after some things on my car I'm going to look into this more in depth. Maybe try to tack weld the tubes to the K?

My rack bushings squeeked like mad before the MM alum bushings... I checked both the inner and outer tie-rod ends and they were fine...

Just my expirience though!

Get the car up on some jacks and move the steeing wheel and listen for the sound, then push/pull on the steering components to check for slack, this should help you identify the problem :)
