Squeeking noise

I noticed that when I drive my stang in the cold there is a bad squeeking noise comming from the front drivers side. When I speed up it gets louder and faster, when I slow down its gets quieter and slower. So im thinkin it is moisture that froze in the wheel or sumthin becasue after driving it for a while it goes away. but then I noticed it was happening on days it was above freezing. so idk what the f*** is happening. I took it to my mechanic and I drove him around in it and he couldnt hear anything ( idk how he couldnt cuz its so loud and annoying) can anyone help?

Is it a rotational sound in the wheel area? Does it go away when you step on the brakes. Could be a brake noise. If your brake pads have wear indicators, it may be touching the rotor just enough to sqeal. That's it's porpose in life. To be annoying... LOL!:nice:
