Squeeking sound... brakes/caliper or clutch??

My car makes this squeeking sound... like the squeeking sound a semi truck makes when it accelerates from a stop...

Happens once in a while... only from a stop/slow speeds... I cant tell if it's a sticking caliper or a clutch problem... I'm thinking it's a brake issue... but Im not sure of the sounds a clutch can make..

Anyone have any ideas?

I had a similiar problem. My e-brake cable was sticking.
