I'm going to be swapping out my stock IC on the SRT-4 soon for a larger aftermarket one. (40* drop in inlet temp, 20 more whp!) I'm gonna sell the stock one to Tvinson86 or Kool-Aid4cyl. It's actually a VERY good stock IC, (deffinately better than the stock Turbo Coupe one) and it would look sick mounted in the front of a Stang. My question is, where would be the best place to mount the FMIC on a car with an LX front bumper? Could I just make some brackets that come off the radiator support? And what kind of pipe would you use to plumb it? (to hold up to say...20 PSI)

Here's a pic of the stock SRT intercooler. (It's bigger than it looks)

honestly I missed that one when I read it.......ZING......
ok anyway if it drops the inlet temps 40* you should see what it does for the outlet. :p
D'oh! Sorry, I ment outlet, my fault. :D

351w, I'll have the the stock IC on the SRT for at least another couple weeks, but I'll tell you when it's off so you can have a shot at it. I'll measure everything on it when I'm home next week. Or if anyone else on here wants it, just PM me an offer.

Just to put it in perspective, and see the actual size of it, he's what the IC looks like on the "Super Neon". I think it would look awesome peeking out behind the bumper of an LX or Merker! :nice:
