Ya I was talking to Sean Hyland motorsports about one of their short blocks, but if anything I think I would want to get a long block from them with the stage 2 port on the heads. I am waiting for the new parts to come in for now and if I decide to keep the car one of their long blocks could be in the future. Like this winter with a Kenne Bell or the new whipple.

I dont know man I havent heard too many good things about Sean Hyland and his prices....why not VT Engines

Speaking of Buxton I have to go to Reynolds Motorsports tomorrow to get my new tires put on. As of now the rear tire is still holding air w/ the plug in it. I just hope the plug holds all the way to buxton b/c if not the bike might not be comming back in one peice.

yeah your telling me, this is one ride Im not looking forward to even though its the first time I'll be able to get on it since I got back from my vacation on the 7th.

Tire replacment in bikes is retarted. If you dont buy the tires from the dealer most of them wont put them on the bike if you just drive it in, but they will do it if you bring the wheels in off the bike. Problem is I dont have a bike stand to support the bike in order to get the wheels off it so I cant get it done at moto malino here in Windham. Next closest bike dealer is Reynolds in Buxton and they will put tires on a bike if you drive it in even if you did not buy the tires from them. Will be nice to get the new tires on but you have to take it easy for about 100 miles until the coating that comes on them wears off, there kinda slippery at first.

well I made it to Buxton in one peice but it was not fun at all. I think my knuckles were white from gripping the handle bars so hard. That fix a flat I put in there was a bad idea b/c the rear tire was all out of ballance. I could feel it pulling to one side and then to the other and then throw in the wind factor b/c its been blowing pretty good all day. At least the new tires are on, these things are friggin awesome, cant wait until that coating wears off so I can really test them out in the corners.

How far have you driven because it doesnt take that long to wear the coating off, especially if they are softer(stickier) tires

Nice!! Ya, like the gas in Maine is the same as in Florida. Also another advantage you have is the air is warmer. Warmer air = better gas milage..
