Yeah, thats basically what I told her. Anyway, after 7-8 threatening and/or demanding calls yesterday(and with no reference to the plane, which didn't even cross my mind), she flys over here today and shows up at my aunts completely unannounced and says the plane wont wait forever, so get him ready. He breaks down, but cheers up a little when I tell him that he's got presents to open up there. Probably cost her over $100. Honestly, I'd of done the same thing, but I would've called to let me know.Striped5.0 said:Larry dont stress over that, tell her to STFU, you cant get in trouble for something like that its beyond your control. You live on an Island and the ferry is not running for 2 days and she expects you to get to the mainland.......yeah how by building a raft.

Those would actually be nice cars iffin they weren't so fugly.FEARNO1 said:Well my father just told me he bought an '04 GTO...he's picking it up on Monday

Tell him I said nice try, but he's gonna need WAY MORE thenthat to keep up!!!!FEARNO1 said:Well my father just told me he bought an '04 GTO...he's picking it up on Monday

OK, thanks, looking at MU cat. and steeda cat. boost is defintely mech. but fuel can be either. In the steeda one they have complete autometer kits for a-pillar 2 1/16's for $295. Hmmm... I really like the looks of the center pod and the ford racing guages though. So I guess I would need some wiring, plastic tubing, fittings, and a fuel pressure sender if I went that way.gaslight said:boost gauge would be mechanical. Fuel pressure would be electrical and more expensive. My Lunar fuel pressure cost about $250 I think.

when's the big install day?Dan_Soprano said:Tell him I said nice try, but he's gonna need WAY MORE thenthat to keep up!!!!![]()
the gauges are supposed to come with that stuff. Don't want a mechanical fuel pressure gauge! You wouldn't want fuel spraying all over you if something bad happened. There are rules against that stuff.cold96snake said:So I guess I would need some wiring, plastic tubing, fittings, and a fuel pressure sender if I went that way.
Must do more research.

ok, that makes sense.gaslight said:the gauges are supposed to come with that stuff. Don't want a mechanical fuel pressure gauge! You wouldn't want fuel spraying all over you if something bad happened. There are rules against that stuff.

cold96snake said:So, back on the topic of a blower. let's say, hypothetically speaking, my credit card company was to run a promo offer of 3.99% for the life of the loan, and I was to say F it, I want a blower, what kind of guages would I need? I mean I would get a fuel pressure and a boost one, but mechanical or electric? Would I need anything else to hook them up besides a pod? Wires etc.?

Yeah why get it, pay for it now if you are just gonna let it sit there and do nothing. Unless you are putting your meat in it and turning the screws. Masochist.
