I seriously don't understand how you could miss a damn school bus? I'd put money on the Mustang driver talking on the phone, or doing something else distracting.

It always scares me to see a fox in an accident. They don't seem to hold up well at all :s

5 points for the family guy reference, and now for the sarcasm

i always find it difficult to merge back into traffic on the interstate, especially at a red light where traffic slows down if you wait long enough. so i, like the other driver seems to do, usually just close my eyes, count to 5 and floor it. if i dont die, then it worked just fine

I was told those 4 cylinder Mustang do the 1/4 mile in around 65mph,if that is true, then they are a death trap while trying to merge into freeway traffic.

It's just not a Fox that would be totalled. Any car getting hit by a BUS would be totalled. Show me one that wouldn't!

a smart car would just bounce down the highway like a pinball....

but foxbodies are death traps...although the doors are reinforced pretty well they still seem to fold up like aluminum foil

Remember that the next time you hear someone bragging about how light weight the Fox's are compared to all of the Mustangs built after it. Ford probably could have afforded to add a little more steel and crash equipment to these cars in the right places for safety sake.

...and yeah I agree, those Smart Cars take a pounding. Someone just posted up a thread on here a couple of months ago showing one taking a beating on an episode of 5th Gear. Pretty impressive for a little **** box.
