recently i just had my engine forged and stroked to a 5.1L. during the whole process i took my stock heads and had them ported. after the install i get a crazy knock coming from under the passenger side valve cover that is really loud at idle. i tried to have new stage 2 heads to put on the new engine but just didn't get around to it. now i have the stage 2 heads sitting in my garage and was wondering how hard of an install this could be? I know that putting the bbk valve covers on were a pain in the rear, but i managed to install them without any removal of any brake hardware and jacking the engine. Is it a hard install with the cams and everything involved in doing the heads? i want to do this install my self along with a air to air intercooler so i can save some money on paying someone to do these installs for me. Any help/pointers would be greatly appreciated.
