Hey guys, i was looking at the stage 3 motorsports website and came across this.

Stage 3 Motorsports 5.1 Modular Stroker Short Block

has anybody use this stroker block for a 3v FI build?

Price seems great but the only issue is they dont tell you what kind of power this shortblock can handle and also there is two pistons available but no mention of what compression ratio they would be. Anybody have any experience with this?

Hi John,
Thanks for posting this. I'd like to look into it as well. I am starting on the supercharger journey and it looks like it will be way more expensive and time consuming than I had thought. I want to do most of the work myself, but do not want to build the short block. This could be a real option. I am talking with livernois via e-mail right now about a short block. I am having a tough time finding good advice here in Maine.
Let us know what you find out,
Doc

im on this journey as well, the price on this is great but when i look at this site the shortblock is also listed under 1999-2004 v8 models, just hopefully its compatible for the 3v even though it doesnt say so but is under the 05-09 section. I will call them and see whats up with it and will keep you posted.

Don't like the iron block. Go with Livernois, proven in every way.
