I've just driven my kid's '08 335i and the brakes were really excellent - for a nearly $50k purchase, as they should be.
My GT with 9k miles has the standard brakes with the only mod being a set of HPS pads...and the lines have been bled so they shouldn't have any air in them.
For those of you that have added SS lines, was there a noticeable improvement in firmness feel? I know for a major difference I'd need to upgrade the front calipers and/or rotors to larger sizes - which I could do since I'm running 18" Steeda rims.
