I am thinking about installing a new conv in my car.Do you automatic guys think it was worth the money you spent on it. Also what converter did you go with and what stall speed. You can see my mods in my garage.

Not trying to flame or anything, but why are your times so bad? But back on topic, yes torque converters will help out our auto trannys a lot. I recomend going with a 3k stall which is probably what Ill be going with soon. Also with the torque converter itll be a good idea to get a tranny cooler. Also the Jerry shift mod or a tuner to adjust those shift points/shift pressure. Hopefully Dark Knight GT will come in...

I went to the track last week on the worst possible day. temp was 90 degrees and the humidity was 90%. On a colder day i will get the car to go a 12.70 or maybe a 12.60 on street tires.I have a set of drag radials on order so that should help also.the guy who tuned my car also changed the shift points on the tranny and the line pressure...Dont forget my car is a convertible and it is 3875 with me in it..... heavy sucker....
