My mustang has standard drum brakes, In one of my part cars there is the power brake setup, Is it safe to just swap that over, but just put my master cylinder on the booster, or are the two boosters different, Thanks for the input, Still waitin on the engine and want to do everything I can :D

you'll have to pull almost everything, the pedal and support, their diffrent on the cars with power assisted brakes, vac booster, master cylendar and the proportioning valve out of the donor car and bolt it all in to the current car. The Prop valve may be the same?, but then you'll run into the lines not matching up from the master cylendar to the prop valve? but sounds like a good idea if all of the parts are there.

hrmm, I actually hooked up the booster to my mastercylinder (standard) and my regular pedal, I need a new brakeline to connect the cylinder to the block, but it seems like the peddle is pushing fine, well I guess Ill just have to pull everything :nono:

If it works go with it just make a few real slow speed ops checks first. The pedal might be wierd when its all done as the manual setup applies more leverage you may lock em up with minimal pedal force
