staring to collect parts for t5 swap, what flywheel?

Im gonna go ahead and buy myself a new flywheel for my swap, but i dont have a clue which one to buy. I know i need one for an 81-later mustang, but i have no clue what 50oz./28oz./0oz.in unbalance means, my engine is stock so can you guys help me out? O ya its just gonna be a street car for now so im not looking to get anything overly expensive/fancy, keeping it simple.By the way, WTF does all that unbalance krap mean?

you need a 50 oz flywheel. center force makes a nice one. the different wieghts and such are how the engine is balanced. some like the 351w are internally balanced and the 5.0L h.o.'s are externally balanced. you would have to talk to the engineers to get em to explain it to yah.
