Thanks Bill! You big jerk.

This car is coming along awesome. Your progress is impressive.

Oh yeah...I feel like an arse now haha.

This one gains points for all the repair that had to be done considering all the rust, etc.

Yours gains points for being an piece of art.

Either way, I am envious of nearly everyone here considering I don't even have a Mustang right now.

Ok, gotta ask. So where is the wiper motor going(I thought you might just be deleting it)? Please show some pics. Nice build.

It is hidden in the cowl, I fabbed up a bracket to move it back in on the firewall here's a pic. I'll PM you on more.

Thats awesome, I'm also extremely impressed with the amount of rust you fixed on this thing. Thats why i got rid of my 89 and got the ttop car. I wish i had known you can hide the wiper motor, thats very ingenious! keep em coming!!!!

Thanks for taking the time to get a pic. I went out and check mine out today. Did you have to modify the arm that is attached to the motor or did you just make a bracket, bolt it to it, and attatch the mechanisms? What is the relation of the two wiper "control arms"? Thanks so much for the help.

Yes, I made a new arm that attaches to the motor. The arm that runs the wipers has to be bent.

Started on the bodywork, there's lots of it. Got the doors off and getting ready to cut the tops off the donor doors for the t-top.

Brian,
Give me an honest opinion. What what you run? I had planned on sending the 93 Cobra rims out to weldcraft to be widened and use them, possibly painted kind of an anthracite, also the sail panel and the center of the hood and the racoon eyes.
I have an extra set of 93 Cobra's and we threw them on, and it looked good. Also have a set of 96 Cobras like your sisters, I like them on a fox as well. I would love to hear some ideas. Should I be going 18''? Planning on running somthing really wide on the back like 325 or bigger, low profile.

Deep dish anthracite Bullitts with a polished lip would look AMAZING on this car especially with the color. 17x9/17x10.5 on a Fox, I am not usually a fan of 18's of a Fox. 25th's look pretty good, but that is the one thing that I would change about his car. You could always test-fit his wheels to get an idea at least!

Was able to get the street cage shot with that hammered rustoleum, wish the pics showed the hammered texture better, but it looks really cool.

Terry,

My opinion on this is tough, I am not a fan of the 93 Cobra rims. I like them on Cobras and there have been maybe one or two other cars I don't mind them on... but most times they just don't look right "to me". Now a set of 11" wide ones with some 325s or better out back, sitting flush with the wheel well, and painted up, might change my mind .

As far as the exact wheel and tire I would run... hmmm I might have to think about that a little and let you know my opinion. It would be nice to see you do something other than a "Ford" wheel.

Just throwin' this out there......18x9/10 Magnum 500s(the nice ones, not like the ones that came stock on the 03/04machs). You could paint the black part ot the wheel "anthracite". Just sayin
