I need to mess with my moms starter and have electrical power issues. Do I need to disconnect both battery terminals or only one? If only one needs to be disconnected, which one? I'm at work and don't have the repair manual with me.

I don't want any nasty electrical surprises (electrical arcing) while I'm under there.

Thanks. I really wasn't sure and I didn't feel like getting shock treatment today.
