Starter staying engaged?

I have a 93 lx 5.0 and for awile now when you start it the starter will stay engaged for about 3-4 seconds after it starts and make a hell of a noise. I"ve changed the starter, the selanoid(spelling),the flywheel,the flexplate and it still does it. If anyone has any other ideas let me know.Thanks

Could also be the ignition switch. I think there is a more proper term for it, but I had a similar problem, and tested all that stuff.
