when i heard the turbo spool up the biggest smile came to my face then the boost hit and my tires turned to smoke. i drove by some ricers on my street and let them hear it, they looked kinda confused. they knew the sound but i geuss were confused cause it was coming from a mustang lol. i would take pics and video now but its my sisters grad dinner and she took the cmaera

hows the low end torque not that a stock 5.0 doesnt have a problem with it but does the turbo seem to give a nice power curve even for street duty....i know u havent tuned it totally yet juss wondering....the hellion kit is looking really nice to me

i havn't had a chance to take it on any major roads yet cause of the exhaust leak. but if your in 4th gear at 1500 rpm and don't down shift, its gonna bog..... till the boost builds

ok, its been an interesting week/weekend, i blew out my lower intake gasket..... twice, and have been chasing some vacume leaks and gremlins with the idle and PMS, i actaully was pulling like -3 vacume one time while stopping which made for an interesting stop with no power brakes. i havn't really gotten a good chance to work on and have just kinda taking an hour here and there to work on it. also because of CANADA day i never really got a good chance on the weekend. now my mom had surgury this morning and is in the hospital till saturday so i am gonna be spending alot of time there the next couple days

anyway on to the final pics of the build, keep in mind is still kinda dirty under the hood and i had my PCV valve and dipstick tube pop out and give me a nice coat of oil on everything (you can see it on the hood liner on the drivers side)

front bumper back on hides the intercooler so i may sneak up on some unsuspectings vettes or soemthing

engine bay, i kept that BBK cold air kit pipe chrome just cause i felt like it and i am gonna put a plate that says "a real cold air kit" or somethig along hose lines

battery out back (i forgot to put the lid back on for the pic)

PMS screen

thats all for now, i will try and get a video tommorow if i have time

got a little more done over the past week. its been so damn hot its hard to stay and work on the car in the heat esspecially when you have a short temper like me

got my suspension stuff installed finally havn't taken it for a drive yet but i will tonight when its cooler outside

PRO3i Lowers (nice looking peice)

the whole deal, i may get better springs later. right now its FMS uppers, Pro3 lowers, lakewood 50/50's and some new quad shocks from last year

i also made some torque box plates at the same time

i have a LM1 widebad coming from summit as well i am buying a turbo blanket at some point, cause hte underhood temps are too hot for my liking. i am also debating getting a aluminum rad too.

bit of an update, it gets as good or better gas milage than before due to the PMS, my wideband should be here tomorow so i can fine tune it. the car is QUIET compared to before, it sounds almost stock. i have suprised a few people so far cuase htey think its stock . don't really have any money to throw it on the dyno cause in a month or so i am buying a new car or truck plus i just bought a new guitar

i was gonna shoot some vids tonight but realized my sister took the camera camping.

hmmm, its been a while since i added everything up but i think for JUST the turbo stuff (turbo, wastegate, intercooler, bov, headers, downpipe, and u bends) it was around 1900 canadian. i may have mentioned it earlier in the thread

its been alot of work, and alot of money but its all worht it. as for this years project its more work than money becuase its mostly cosmetic work under the hood. i keep telling everyone i have gottent he "go fast" thing figured out i just need to get it looking a little better
