Yet another "suspension recommendation" thread.
I'm starting to plan out what I need to refresh the shocks & struts on my 2003 GT and was looking for some suggestions on what's decent out there nowadays.
Currently the car has Tokico D-Specs in it which have over 110,000 miles on them. The last time I did any adjusting on them was probably about 11 years ago just after they went in the car. LOL. Now, I'm just looking for something that will just get the job done. I don't need anything adjustable, nothing fancy...the car is mostly just a cruiser and I'll enjoy some spirited driving in it mostly. No track stuff at all. It also has Ford C-springs in it which have been in the car since about 2004. I'd also like the price tag to be reasonable. Hopefully under $750 for a full set.
So what's good? KYB? Bilstein? Koni? Another set of Tokico? Something else? Lemme know what y'all think...
