Here it is with the new springs. Realized a drop of 1.5” in the rear and 1.25” in the front. I reused the stock isolators.

Here's a pic for you Cobra guys.

You might want to check your rear IRS bolts.

Love the wheels and the lowered look. That's how the cobra should come from the factory!

How does it ride and handle now compared to stock?

Looks Good. Very Similar to my set-up.

My approach to lowering is a little different, but I started off where you are at: Griggs K-member with sever duty control arms, Koni DA's with 425# front coil over springs. rear shocks are adjustable QA1/HAL and rear springs are specific rate KB (approx 800 lb). I just added the FR500 wheels last month.

Now that you have lowered the car, do you get any rubbing on the front swaybar at steering lock, or in the rear against the inside of the outer fender?

Thanks again everyone!

I should have put in a little more detail. The springs are H&R Super Sports.
I also replaced the front 12mm bolts with the 14's. The front 12mm bolts
were like new. From the picture you can see the condition of the rears.

Seems about the same, somewhat flatter in the corners. The front is a
little stiffer but it's not harsh in any way. The spring rates are close to stock.

Long time no speak Charlie. Thanks.

I haven't noticed any rubbing yet. The car still has to be aligned so I've been taking it easy.

Kinda hard to hide now. I see you once and awhile on Evergreen Parkway.

You probably will not notice any rubbing, I am fairly sure that the rubbing I experience has much to do with some my cars unique characteristics. The front tires 275/35 18 rub on the sway bar at lock because the sway bar was moved forward to correct the geometry of the end links after installing the sever duty griggs control arms. The rear tires rub on the outside lip of the fender well because I am currently still running the rear wheels with a 1" hubcentric H&R spacer. I think if I removed the spacer and I will If I take the car autoxing or something of the sort, it will no longer rub the fender lip.
