That's on roadrace suspension with 17" factory rims and E.T Streets out back and 55Lb. 275/40 18's up front.

It's a stick car and I can't powershift it right now because I'm bending and breaking tensioners. I drove the car 410 miles to E-Town so I wanted it to make the 410 mile trip back under its own power. I'm not usually one to speculate but....I should be able to get a couple more 10ths out of it with 15" rims and 28" tall tires. It may be able to get a 10.99 on 15" rims and powershifting once my issues are resolved.
