Steeda Springs/Tokico HP Combo

I've got the MRT suspension kit that comes with Steeda springs and the Tokicos... Ride is perfect to me. You can definitely feel the bumps in the road but its still pretty forgiving. A lot more in control than the stock suspension... especially when its got 63k miles on it... No problems bottoming out or anything.

i have h&r sport springs with the tokico hp's. i love it . H&R is quaility. dropped even all around. ride is not harsh. go H&R.

I'm in the process of installing the Steeda springs now, but I'm using KYB AGX adjustables. Put the rears on Friday and will be doing the fronts tomorrow. However, I just had to drive the car to see how the shocks felt. I had set them at 7 (out of 8) and the ride was a little harsh. Backed them off to 6, and they felt a lot better. If you're interested in the KYB's, email me later in the week after they've had a chance to settle or whatever.

All joking aside, if you want a set of Tokicos and save yourself a few bucks, look into the Mach I shocks. They are the Tokico premiums with slightly different valving than the ones sold through the aftermarket. I have a set with my H&R Supersports on my '03 GT and couldn't be happier with the performance. Unless the pricing has changed on the aftermarket versions, the ones you can get through Ford are much cheaper. They come in a Ford box and are black with Tokico stickers on them instead of being blue.
