Steering Column Wiring/american Autowire Kit

I am putting in an American Autowire kit and they list where 9 wires should go but I have 10 in my original 67 steering column. The mystery one is 511B according to the Ford manual but they do not list it's function either.

Not sure what to do with this one since it is not listed in the instructions and there is not much info on-line for it. Anyone have a clue what slot this goes in>

Heard back from the guys at American Autowire and below is their response.

"Thanks for your inquiry, the red wire in your turn signal has no planed function. The red wire has been a mystery and all the Ford wiring documents show no function for such wire. I wish I had a dime for every call I received related to the mystery red wire. Just tape it back and follow our turn signal Diagram A located on page 9 of our 510056 instructions"
