Hello Gents,
Well, I hit a pothole the other day. Left front wheel down in a 6inch by 8foot long rut. Steering got real goofy and was pulling all over. Got the car aligned and straightened out the excessive toe-in but now the steering feels not-quite-right.
It's like when I go into a turn say around 30mph as I start to turn the wheel there is some resistance at first then the wheels turn into the turn. Steering through the turn seems normal. Then, when I'm coming out of the turn, the steering wheel comes back up to just before 12:00 position and I get that resistance again. The resistance occurs at the 11:00 and 1:00 position.
When I'm driving straight and steer back and forth between 11:00 and 1:00, I feel like its getting stuck or something.
Any ideas? Thanks in advanced!
Dave
