Replaced the IAC with a new Standard product IAC. Pedal is smooth when it warms-up but when cold it is difficult to drive like this. I have verified the throttle cable is smooth and the throttle plate is smooth when it is cold and they are fine without any hanging until you start the car and the IAC is active/ cold. 5.0 GT w/MT
