Since you would have to drop the rear end to get it out uncut i doubt you will find one that way

Shipping would probably be quite a bit. And is there a difference between GT exhaust and Bullitt exhaust? And why not get an aftermarket catback?

If I am not mistaken, the bullitt came with spintech exhaust.

So why not just a Spintech catback?

because they are upwards of $600...and he may be trying to keep the bullitt as close to stock because he thinks that 30 years from now it will be worth a lot in original condition

Yes most people cut theirs off as it makes it easier as they come in one piece. The mufflers are made by Arvin, the supplier to Ford. You can order them from your dealership, I would check with Gefracing.com to order them.
