I am wondering what the lift is in my stock 95 5.0 engine's cam shaft . I know that a b303 is 480", an e303 is 498", and a f303 512". I am also wondering which cam would be the best to go with, My goal is to hit somewhere around 250 to 275 rwhp with the explorer heads and intake combo or tmoss ported lower, would like to spend less than $1000.00. and can take my time doing it b/c I have an extra engine. any opinions are valued.

More lift isnt always better. Just keep that in mind. It just depends on how much u wanna spend. Personlly i would go with a custom ground cam. But that is just me

Your answers are in the attached thread below. The B303 is not emmissions legal. I hear good things (and bad things) about the E303 and Crane 2040 which are the same. I also hear a lot about the Steeda #19 and TFS stage 1. Personally I am still debating between the #19 and the TFS, and of course there is always the custom cam route.
