Where do you guys get your cables at?? sorry if this is in the wrong section but I felt it was part tech. Move if needed.

CJponyparts.com has one for $41.00

1982-1993
Clutch Cable
8cyl
CCM12
40.95 Each

I bought mine there, but it came with the fork also for a little more...

While your down there, replace the quadrant, and adjuster with an aluminum piece. Either Steeda, UPR, MM... etc....

Already did that a long time ago. I put in a new adjustable cable but I dont really care for it so I am going OEM for the cable.

The Ford "Made in Taiwan" cable in that kit is crap, too. Only lasted me a couple of months. Try these: Maximum Motorsports clutch cables. Go for the "MM Universal Ford OEM Clutch Cable" (part #MMCL-11). :nice:

Interesting...I have had mine going on 9 months on my daily driver...about 7,000 miles so far with all kinds of driving and have noticed no problems. It's been thru two clutches so far (rear main seal :bang: )...I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again for the money.
