Stock Motor + Strong Boost = ?

i just purchased a stock 5.0 out of a 90' mustang with 60,000k and was planning to put my Holley 740 blower on it....it pushes about 10 lbs and was wondering if this will last me a couple seasons or is that way too much on a stock motor?....and by stock i mean heads and pistons....the intake, carb and supercharger i have. thanks

It will be fine as long as the car is tuned correctly. I run 10psi through my 100k mile stock shortblock with no problems for over two years now.
