Hey guys i am trying to revert my stang back to stock. i found a local guy selling his stock suspension from a 98 gt. will it fit my 01? would his stock control arms fit my car? thanks alot in advance.
also, i have a mm phb, how easy would it be to remove from the car since it is welled in in some parts. would it be reuseable? thanks guys!

Why u returning back to stock?? Are u steppin up???

The 98 springs, struts/shocks will fit... For the rear, the lower control arms wont work because the bolt sizes are different. The panhard bar should be reuseable. Why is your PHB welded, mines not....

well i was told by apexmotorsport, a mustang shop we USED to have around here, that the phb can loosen if it isnt welded in. now i think it might be total bs because they tried to bs me several times about other stuff their.
lol and i am not stepping up, unfortunately. i am a college student and modding the stang is expensive. what else is expensive is driving about 30 miles per day between school and work with gas at 3.50 per gallon lol.
i am also not too happy with how the car handles. i want to road course and auto x, i was hoping it would be much better with all the suspension stuff but i think for now i want something small, light, rwd, easy and cheap to modd and something that will be a beast on the road course!
i already pretty much know what car i am going to get but i dont know if i should say because i can see myself getting flamed royally lol.
thanks for the info though epik

I like 240's, especially the early 90's coupes....

If u dont mind me asking, what spring rate coilovers are u running front & rear & what struts & shocks? Usually when u do a full MM coilover conversion, u do the tq arm too...

i dont want a 240 because i would get ownd by the cops around here.
i am going to get a 94-95 obd1 miata.. turbo it, hard top, roll cage, c/o's, and then i am going to buy a focus to dd. the miata will be crazy at the track and it will get 30+ mpg turbod so i can feel good about driving it to the track .

LOL, i know my friends cant believe it either... its ok when i have more money i will get another stang and make it into a beast for now... something different sounds hella fun..
u wanna swap the lca's and rear coil assembly now and then i can sell u the front later if u want?
it would be sick to sell to u since ur local.
i wasnt going to part it out, but i am pretty sure i can get more money for it if i part it out. it is alot of work though to put it back to stock... the wheels though i think i am going to sell i have new tires on em... my lights are new but i need to trade those out.. my phb i just got like 3 months ago!! lol....
